MARKET

Locally sourced products to your front door

Fundy Market began as a conversation around a love of high quality, locally sourced food and products. These conversations fostered a desire for stronger community connections between producers, supply chains, and the customers they serve.  This desire rapidly expanded into a movement linking local producers and local goods to the Charlotte County and surrounding community. Fundy Market works directly with New Brunswick farmers, vendors, artists and community members to provide the best quality local products conveniently to your front door.

McGuire Chocolate

From Calgary, Alberta to St Andrews, New Brunswick.  McGuire Chocolate is a  bean-to-bar chocolate maker with a focus on preparing a simple and high quality product from the inside out.

We have been making chocolate for four years.  Our journey began when we discovered how different flavour profiles from origin cacao was shaped by fermentation, roasting and conching.  This launched us down a rabbit hole into the exciting and emerging world of craft chocolate.  Now we get to champion a transparent and growing supply chain while sharing amazing chocolate with the world.

We have recently moved to beautiful St Andrews-by-the-Sea where we have scaled our chocolate making operations.  We have a cafe storefront on Water Street where we also make ice cream, bread, and baked goods using our single origin chocolate.

Moreeyeuhh

'moreeyeuhh' was founded as an outlet for my creative energy, and has taken many forms over the past ten years. While initially focused on jewellery, my repertoire has expanded to include hand woven tapestries, macrame, and other goods. I love working with my hands and sending my work out into the world to be enjoyed by others. I like to incorporate upcycled and repurposed materials into my work whenever possible, and am always exploring new ways of creating objects that speak to me.

Combining my love for textiles, with environmentally conscious living, beeswax wraps have become a true joy to create for others. Being able to use wax from my own, and local hives towards a product that is 100% bio degradable and reusable is most important to me. I hope that one day we will have a planet with considerably less single use plastic consumption, and more environmentally aware people!
